GIOTTO MONZA CAN TRANSMIT THE FOLLOWING DATA TO SDMX FOR EACH SEPARATION PROCEDURE

  • Serial number and Giotto identifier
  • Number / description of the performed workflow
  • Net mass of extracted plasma
  • Net mass of red blood cell concentrate
  • Net mass of leukotrombocyte layer
  • Net mass of whole blood
  • Net weight of the transferred anticoagulant solution
  • Net mass of plasma transferred to the bag with the leukotrombocyte layer for dilution
  • Mass of plasma transferred back to the main container
  • Mass of plasma in other transfer containers
  • Net weight of platelet concentrate
  • Date of separation, time, duration
  • Error codes, if any
  • Dozens of various specially configured codes: barcodes or RFID tags.

Giotto MONZA Network Connection - a cutting-edge solution for complete process tracking

The SDMX software is your everyday partner for configuring and editing pre-installed programs, collecting and managing all your data, and displaying it on screen, in a file, and even in the form of a paper report.

It is a database of all processes, where program editing is performed for configuration and precise tuning and management in a bidirectional mode; data exchange with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Software) and even management of local printers for labeling, text processing, and barcodes during operation.

Internal memory for storing data on 1000 procedures, with the ability to transfer via USB to a PC.

Bidirectional Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and serial RS485 network connection, for comprehensive device configuration, as well as for real-time data transmission to the new SDMX software, ensuring backward compatibility with older networks.

SMART SOLUTIONS FOR EASE OF WORK

Spacious compartment with a press and easily opening doors with built-in springs allow for convenient and tidy placement of the blood container.

An additional second press allows for air removal, filter moistening, rapid transfer of the anticoagulant solution, and performing other additional operations for ideal separation of blood into components.

Giotto MONZA features specialized scales for the primary container and each transfer container, with real-time weighing, as well as transparent press doors with interchangeable front plates for customization. Any cannulas are easily bent in the holder of the main container. Optical sensors accurately detect color changes. All its sealing clamps and scales can be used separately as standalone equipment.

STURDY GLASS PRESS

Up to 2 smooth, fully flat, parallel presses that are easy to wash allow for workflow customization and precise control over volume, hematocrit, and leukotrombocyte layer level.

The new glass plate of the press ensures parallel movement, highly standardized behavior, and residual volume.

The level of the layer being transferred is precisely controlled by 10 optical detectors, allowing for accurate adjustment of the final hematocrit. Electronically controlled pressing motion provides precise settings, maximum safe pressure inside the container, thus preventing any mixing.

STURDY GLASS PRESS

BUILT-IN RFID ANTENNAS

BUILT-IN RFID ANTENNAS

Up to 4 integrated RFID antennas next to the tray, press, and scales allow for bidirectional data exchange with full verification of data sequence without the need for operator intervention - a smart and transparent solution for instant separation of components.

Code processing can be performed from both barcodes and RFID tags; verification can be done using configured filters and/or fixed code masks. An internal database with automatic record keeping of all operations and separation procedures.
